The researcher behind the site
Hi, I’m Manan.
I am a bioinformatician and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. My work connects freshwater microbial ecology with bioinformatics, research data management, and automation.
I study microbial communities, develop analysis workflows, and help researchers organise and reuse their data. I also teach computational methods and contribute to laboratory automation.
This site brings together my interest in biological questions and the practical tools that help us answer them.
